What we do

Three things, in plain English.

We are not medical, not legal, not a placement service. We are the calm voice on the phone that handles everything else.

We call.

Regular check-ins, wellness calls, appointment reminders. Your parents always know who's on the other end.

We coordinate.

Doctors, pharmacies, rides, deliveries, paperwork. We chase the loose ends so the family doesn't have to.

We update.

A weekly summary to whoever in the family needs to know — and a phone call the moment something matters.

My mom calls them before she calls me now. That's the highest compliment I can give a service — she trusts them, and I finally sleep at night.

[Your Name]

"Twenty years coordinating care for older adults — most recently for my own parents. I built this for the families who can't be in two places at once."

Non-medical service

We don't diagnose, prescribe, or replace 911. We're the people in between.

Confidential

Information stays between you, the client, and the contacts you approve. Always (HIPAA aware).

Family-first

You decide what we share, with whom, and how often. The family is always the team.

FAQ

The questions families ask first.

If you're wondering whether this is a fit, the free call is the fastest way to find out.

How is this different from a home-health aide or a geriatric care manager?

Home-health aides come to the house and provide hands-on care. Geriatric care managers do in-person assessments and write care plans. We do something narrower: we are the calm voice on the phone for the everyday stuff — calls, scheduling, reminders, updates to the family. We often work alongside an aide or a care manager, not instead of one.

What if my parent won't agree to use the service?

That's common. We start by talking with you. Many families have us call as "a service the family uses to keep in touch about appointments" — we don't push, we earn it call by call. If after a few weeks your parent says no thanks, you can cancel.

How much does it cost, and what's the contract?

Plans start at $149/month (Bronze). Month-to-month, no annual contracts, no setup fees. The free 15-minute call decides whether we're a fit before any money changes hands.

Are you HIPAA-compliant? What about my parent's medical information?

We are non-medical, so HIPAA does not technically apply to us — but we operate to that standard: encrypted records, role-based access, and only the people you approve see anything. Medical information we receive is used to coordinate, not to diagnose or treat.

Can my siblings and I all be on the weekly updates?

Yes. You can add any approved family contact to the weekly summary, and we can tailor what each person sees. This is especially useful when siblings have different concerns or live in different time zones.

What about emergencies?

We are not a substitute for 911. In a genuine emergency, your parents call 911 first — then they (or first responders) can call us, and we will coordinate everything that comes next: notifying the family, talking to providers, arranging follow-up care.
